Cosby Can Be Cross-Examined

Compiled From Wire Services

A federal judge has ruled that Bill Cosby can be cross-examined regarding evidence that may show that the renowned comedian is the father of a California woman accused of trying to extort money from him.

The ruling came with a proviso that Cosby may only be questioned regarding facts about which Autumn Jackson was directly aware, said Jackson’s attorney, Robert Baum.

Jackson, 22, was charged with attempting to extort $40 million from Cosby.
