Blight Detected In Home Garden

From Staff And Wire Reports

The disease that plagued Idaho commercial potato growers for the past two seasons has now been found in a home garden in Boise.

It is the first time late blight has been found in a home garden.

The fungal infection likely spread to the garden potatoes from blighted tomato transplants, University of Idaho plant pathologist Krishna Mohan said.
