Compiled From Wire Services

A sandwich Friday, a bowl of cereal Saturday and two slices of toast Sunday.

The latest diet craze? No, just the sentence handed out to a man convicted of child abuse.

John Hall is serving 20 weekends in the county lockup eating the same menu he fed to his girlfriend’s 10-year-old son.

Hall, 33, completed his first weekend of punishment Sunday.
