Rail Work Closes Kathleen Avenue

A portion of Kathleen Avenue will be closed today to allow workers to repair a railroad crossing.

City street crews and the Union Pacific Railroad will be working on Kathleen between Player Drive and Atlas Road. The road will be closed between 6 a.m. and noon.
