Sex Offender Lives On South Elm

A registered sex offender is now living in the 200 block of South Elm in Spokane.

Chris Isler, 19, has served time in prison for child rape and is likely to re-offend, police said.

Under the conditions of his prison release, Isler is prohibited from having contact with children or going to places where children gather.

Isler is 6 feet tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
