Mr. And Mrs. Dorsett Deer Park

Herschel Darrel and Shirley Margaret Dorsett, Deer Park, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with a dinner at their home.

Hosting the event were their children and spouses: Gary Mark and Michele Dorsett, Alpine, Calif.; Catherine Louise and David Gay, Deer Park; Deborah Ann and John Ryan, Spokane; and Kim Marie Hemme, Temecula, Calif.

The Dorsetts were married May 1, 1947, in Covington, Ky. They have seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
