Iml Honors Hawks’ Holt, Banks

The Lakeland High baseball team, which captured its second consecu tive State A-2 title last weekend, landed two players on the all-Intermountain League first team.

Second baseman Brian Holt and pitcher Ryan Banks were named to the first team. Joining them on the first team are Skyler Willard, Trent Duffey and D.J. Eberlin of St. Maries; Tony Rinaldi, Evan Stewart and Travis Pool of Moscow; Rama Scarlet of Bonners Ferry; and Zack Wood of Priest River.

Hawks junior pitcher Kurt Reese, unbeaten in his career (21-0), 10-0 this season and a two-time winner at state, was honorable mention. , DataTimes
