Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Angela M. Atkinson 21, Rathdrum, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, domestic battery, $3,500 bond.

Terry J. Lynch 23, Greenacres, Wash., parole violation/eluding, failure to appear/eluding, $7,500 bond.

David J. Miller 26, Spokane, failure to appear/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Kelo R. Smoke 21, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, invalid driver’s license, $5,500 bond.

Michael P. Stewart 27, Spokane, failure to appear/burglary, $10,000 bond.

Carl N. Anthony 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $204 bond.

Kevin L. Batchelder 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $214 bond.
