Citizens’ Lobby To Discuss U.S. 395

Project 395 plans a public meeting here Monday to discuss what has been accomplished and what remains to be done in its campaign to improve U.S. Highway 395 north of Spokane.

One of the first things that needs to be done is to replenish the citizen lobbying group’s treasury, which is down to $84, Treasurer Kathi Hayward said.
