Elderly Couple Robbed At Knifepoint
An elderly Spokane couple was robbed at knifepoint Thursday in their home.
Two men holding knives forced their way into the couple’s East Rich Avenue home about 2 a.m., police said.
They demanded money, taking some from a box, and ripped out the phones before leaving. No one was hurt.
The couple, in their 80s, called police from a neighbor’s home. The masked intruders are thought to be in their teens. One is white, the other may be black, the couple told police.
No arrests have been made.
