Punxsutawney Phil, that pampered Pennsylvania rodent, saw his shadow Monday, a sure sign that six more weeks of winter is headed our way. It was the groundhog’s standard forecast - he and his predecessors have predicted more winter 100 times in 112 years of forecasting. Records from the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, N.C., show Phil’s accuracy rate since 1980 is about 59 percent.
