Riverside Neigborhood Council, 5-7 p.m. today, Rodeway Inn conference room, 827 W. First. Agenda includes: Horizons presentation; updates on the steam plant and River Park Square projects; a report of the proposed tree ordinance.

Spokane city transportation, 4-6 p.m. today, Jefferson Elementary School library. City officials will talk about plans for rebuilding intersection of 29th and Grand in August and September.

Rockwood Neighborhood Council, 7 p.m. today, Hutton Elementary School cafeteria.

Thorpe-Westwood Neighborhood Association, 7 p.m. May 14, Windsor Grange. The association will talk about growth, the Canyon Bluffs apartment project and formation of a neighborhood council.
