Don And Lavurel Maggard Veradale

Don and Lavurel Maggard, Veradale, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church from 1 to 4 p.m. today in the Spokane Valley.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Donna and Phil Dorsh, and Allen and Debi Maggard, all of Spokane; and Doris and Bill Osborn, Highland, Calif.

The Maggards were married Jan. 3, 1949, in Coeur d’Alene. They have six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
