An application by Mark and Amy Chiu to rezone property to allow a parking lot for the China Dragon restaurant.
The examiner will also hear a request by Qualchan Hills LID to construct a 300,000 gallon water reservoir and pump station.

Spokane County Fair Board
Wednesday, 7:30 a.m., county parks and recreation conference room, 404 N. Havana
The fair board will discuss increasing the amount venders must pay for food booths at the Spokane Interstate Fair. Currently, venders pay 17 percent of their revenue. County officials say other fairs charge 20 to 32 percent. The board will hold a public hearing on the matter on Jan. 13, before making a recommendation to county commissioners.

The commission will discuss the proposed comprehensive land-use plan.
