Sex Offender Sought By Police

Spokane police are looking for a high-risk sex offender who has failed to register his address.

Clifford Ray Sain, 18, was released by the state Department of Corrections in December after being convicted in Spokane County of first-degree rape of three children, ranging in age from 9 to 13. He also served time for assault with sexual motivation involving two other children.

He is not living at the address he was released to, police said.

Sain is described as 6 feet tall, 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Sain is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
