While Border League leader Post Falls took Saturday night off, the three teams closest to the Trojans in the standings closed the gap.

Coeur d’Alene, Lake City and Moscow all won games to improve to 8-3 in league, 1-1/2 games behind PF (10-2).

Shaylia Davis scored eight in the fourth quarter and combined with Lorin Griffitts for 18 rebounds as the visiting Vikings defeated the Eagles.
