Police Arrest Suspect In Drive-Through Shooting

A man wanted in a December shooting rampage at a downtown fast-food restaurant has been arrested.

Lamont Brooks, 19, was booked Thursday into the Spokane County Jail on seven counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of probation violation. His bond was set at $500,000.

Brooks is suspected of firing 14 shots at people waiting in cars in the drivethrough lane at Jack In The Box, 503 W. Third Ave., on Dec. 19.

No one was seriously injured.
