Hawks’ Lead Holds Up Despite Spartans’ Rally

Lakeland overcame a 26-point fourth quarter by Priest River to defeat the visiting Spartans 66-59 in an Intermountain League boys basketball game Friday.
Sam Banks scored a team-high 15, including 3-of-3 shooting from 3-point range and Taylor Skidmore contributed 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Hawks.
Ryan Bodecker led the Spartans with 21 on a 6-of-10 effort from the field.
