Elmer and Elsie Sonnenberg, Ephrata, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with dinner at Beverly’s in The Coeur d’Alene Resort.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Marcedes Blackmore, Ephrata; Clyde and Lucy Sonnenberg, and Dean and Diane Sonnenberg, all of Spokane.

The Sonnenbergs were married Jan. 22, 1949, in Kulm, N.D. They have six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
