Masked Gunman Robs Pizza Restaurant

A masked man with a rifle robbed a pizza restaurant late Tuesday in north Spokane, police said.

The man entered Pizza Time, 643 W. Garland, about 11:15 p.m., walked up to the cash register, pointed a lever-action rifle at the clerk and demanded money, officers said.

He took an undisclosed amount of cash and walked west from the restaurant. No one was injured, police said.

The suspect is described as white, 18 to 25 years old, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with a light complexion. He wore a blue ski mask and blue hooded sweat shirt.
