Police blotter Coeur d’Alene police

Jared Lyda reported Sunday the $1,313 theft of numerous compact discs, a Kodak Advantix camera, and miscellaneous school books in a backpack from his 1969 Ford van while it was parked on the corner of Second Street and Lakeside Avenue.

Shatana Pole reported Monday the $1,900 loss of a gold necklace and gold ring in the vicinity of Mik n’ Macs, 406 Fourth St.

Dwight Skinner Jr. reported Tuesday the $28,835 theft of three handguns, a generator, miscellaneous household items and unauthorized credit card purchases and checking account services that occurred last November.

Kootenai County sheriff

Robert Donovan, owner of B.A. Distributors, reported Monday the $1,490 theft of a compound bow and miscellaneous hunting equipment from the business at 17715 Rimrock Road.

Julie Ballenger, employee of Walker’s Furniture, reported Monday the $566 theft of unauthorized charges to her debit card when it was stolen from the business at 7224 Government Way.
