Cda Police Accepting Reserves Applications

The Coeur d’Alene Police Department is accepting applications for its reserve officer program.

The program allows people to attend the North Idaho Reserve Academy held at the Coeur d’Alene Police Department beginning in January.

Afterward, reserve officers can ride with commissioned officers, work during parades and on traffic control.

Applicants must be 21 years old. Applications are available at the police department at 3818 Schreiber Way.

The deadline is Oct. 20.
