Do home-schooled teenagers feel the urge to stand outside the house and smoke during lunch break?

* Technically, it’s possible: That the co-worker with that porn site called up arrived there by accident.

* Pet peeve: Our friend Ken Yuhasz can’t stand the disparity he has noticed between the amount of time a coin buys on the old-style parking meters and the time it buys him on the new digital meters.

* Slice answers: Quite a few local senior citzens were nominated as being role models for living meaningful and productive retirement years. So many, in fact, that we’re not sure what we’re going to do with them all.

But while we mull that, consider this from reader Margie Shepherd.

She wrote that just about EVERY senior citizen she knows leads a productive, meaningful life.

As for other age groups? Well, she suggested, that’s another story.
