The Spokane husband-and-wife duo known as Sidhe will take the stage at The Met on Tuesday to perform their distinct blend of folk, world and New Age music.

Sidhe (pronounced “she”) is guitarist Michael Millham and vocalist Kelly Millham.

Both trained at the Lionel Hampton School of Music in Moscow, Idaho. Their new self-titled debut album contains all their own compositions.

Sidhe has been performing 120 shows a year in the Inland Northwest, including several times at the recent Live After Five entertainment series in downtown Spokane.

“We’re reaching critical mass both in our home area and nationally,” Michael says of Sidhe’s ascent. “Things have picked up in the last five months.”

Along with more concert bookings, Michael says regional audiences are growing. That recognition extends to fans who stop him on the street to talk, Michael says.

Guitarist and singer/songwriter Dan Schwartz of Minneapolis and singer/songwriter Jenn Adams of Missoula will join Sidhe for Tuesday’s 8 p.m. show. Tickets are $10, available through G&B Select-a-Seat.
