Roy Lyman and Beverly Jean Webb are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a gathering today from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Promenade Room at the Best Western, Redondo Beach, Calif.

Hosts for the event are their children and grandchildren; Dave and Deborah Huffman, Brea, Calif.; Tim and Cheryl Wall, El Segundo, Calif.; Kelly Webb, Lomita, Calif.; and Trudy Webb, Santa Rosa, Calif.

The Webbs were married Aug. 20, 1950, in San Diego. They have seven grandchildren.
