Fox Dropping ‘90210’ After Its 10-Year Run Return Of ‘Party Of Five’ Also Unlikely
Once a trendsetter, Fox’s “Beverly Hills, 90210” is headed to the scrap heap.
After a decade, the guys and gals of the long-running teen favorite will star in their final episode, to air this spring.
Recently word was that most of the cast members had signed up for an 11th season and that it was only a matter of working out the details of their contracts before the plan would be confirmed. But on Monday, Fox insiders said that plan has been scrapped and that “90210” won’t be back after May.
The network is also likely to drop “Party of Five” after this season. Fox sources say a renewal is under discussion, though the one-time cult favorite’s return is looking unlikely.
