Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Joshua B. Phelps 24, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, $5,000 bond.

Kenneth R. Smith 26, Rathdrum, aggravated assault, battery, domestic battery, contempt/battery, $55,065 bond.

Dale L. Whitten 31, Spirit Lake, trafficking methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a firearm, $20,000 bond.

Misdemeanors Donna M. Becker 44, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $434 bond.

Adam T. Douglas 29, Spirit Lake, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, $233 bond.

Michael D. Gregovich Jr. 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving with expired driver’s license, failure to appear/procuring alcohol for minors, $167 bond, four days in jail.
