Senior Expo planned at southside center

The Southside Senior Activity Center will host Senior Expo 2004 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday, at the center, 3151 E. 27th Ave.

The expo will benefit both seniors and those caring for seniors. Find out about issues concerning seniors, including health care, financial planning, elder fraud, hospice care, exercise and nutritional needs and how to enjoy life more fully.

Booths staffed by 40 vendors from area businesses and nonprofit organizations will offer information and gifts.

Lunch will be available on the patio, with live music.

Hourly door prizes will be given away, and there will be a gourmet bake sale.
