Cabaret artist performing at Firth Chew Studio
Spokane cabaret artist Abbey Crawford-Heim will present “Revue-ing Abbey” in two shows this weekend.
This show will be a look back at her life as a singer, featuring her favorite songs. It will be set up like a traditional New York cabaret show. Carol Miyamoto is the musical director.
This is a fund-raiser to help send Crawford-Heim to The Cabaret Conference at Yale University. She was one of 36 people chosen worldwide to participate in one of the most prestigious events in the cabaret world.
She’ll be doing two shows, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in the Firth Chew Studio Theater in the lower level of the Spokane Civic Theatre, 1020 N. Howard St., entrance off Dean.
Tickets are $20, which includes dessert, wine and show. For reservations, call 218-9732.
