The two-hour cruise loads at 6 p.m. at the Coeur d’Alene Resort and departs at 6:30. Admission is $30 for reserved table seating, $26 for general seating; a dining option, A Taste of Titos, is available for an additional $15.

Lazo/Grove duo at Unity

Singer Silvia Lazo and guitarist Paul Grove will explore the history of Brazilian music in a concert tonight at 7 at Unity Church of Truth, 2900 S. Bernard St.

The program will range from classical styles of the 18th and 19th centuries to the contemporary bossa nova repertoire of Antonio Carlos Jobim. Featured guest artist is Costa Rican guitarist Mario Ulloa, who teaches at the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil.

The Brazilian-born Lazo has lived in the United States since 1993. She performs throughout the area and hosts the weekly “Latin Lounge” show on Thin Air Community Radio (95.3 FM). Grove leads the guitar department at Gonzaga University.
