HealthTalk: “Web Health: Can You Believe What You Find Online?” – Co-sponsored by Rockwood Clinic and Premera Blue Cross, this free lecture will review the state of health care on the Web and provide suggestions of how to access reliable information, Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Rockwood Clinic second floor conference room, 400 E. Basic Life Support: ACLS Provider Course – Designed for healthcare providers who work in positions that require ACLS skills. Successful completion of both a written and performance evaluation is required, as well as precourse preparation. The cost of this course is $195 for consortium members, $213 for all others. Basic Life Support: Heartsaver First Aid – Learn the core knowledge, skills and attitudes to give first aid, including adult CPR. Must pass a written and performance evaluation. Nuclear Medicine Educational Coach – Learn the benefits and use of nuclear medicine technology Saturday from 1-7 p.m. in the breezeway between the Opera House and the Ag Trade Center in downtown Spokane.
