OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Douglas S. Callaghan – 47, Coeur d’Alene, offering false/forged instrument for record, $5,000 bond.

Robert D. Couch – 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, 28 days in jail.

Jeffrey E. Krell – 37, Spokane, forgery, possession of stolen notes/bank bills, $25,000 bond.

Rocky M. Parker – 27, Federal Way, Wash., failure to appear/two counts, possession of stolen property, unlawful possession of a firearm, $75,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Scott P. Bandeen - 44, Bayview, failure to appear/eluding, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, $5,000 bond.

Bradley D. Bellamy - 21, Coeur d’Alene, disturbing the peace, $500 bond.

Joseph H. Billips - 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts), driving under the influence (three counts), invalid driver’s license (two counts), driving while suspended, $12,500 bond, 10 days in jail.

Christopher T. Brannan - 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Thomas C. Colstrom - 44, Post Falls, failure to appear/petty theft, $5,000 bond.

Bradley E. Fowler - 38, Athol, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,500 bond.

Eric A. Gonzales - 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, two days in jail.

Terrance L. Indendi - 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, $1,000 bond.

Ingemar J. Lonn - 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/failure to provide proof of insurance, $300 bond.

Richard A. Marcella Jr. - 32, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Patricia A. Quintanilla - 28, Plummer, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Danny N. Russell - 60, Rathdrum, possession of marijuana, $1,000 bond.

Allison Shottanana - 19, Bonners Ferry, failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, $1,000 bond.

Joseph D. Staat Jr. - 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, seven days in jail.

Michelle E. Thome - 33, Post Falls, inattentive driving, $500 bond.
