Sasquatch finish 10-2 in NWAACC East

YAKIMA – Community Colleges of Spokane completed its regular season Wednesday by sweeping Yakima Valley CC 3-0 in Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges volleyball.

Sybresha Branch totaled 14 kills and two blocks for the Sasquatch (26-13 overall), who finished 10-2 in the NWAACC East. Korissa Clevish added 43 assists and two blocks for CCS.

Yakima is 3-8 with one conference match remaining.

The Sasquatch will play at the NWAACC Tournament, starting Nov. 18 at Gresham, Ore. The team’s seeding will be determined when Walla Walla and Columbia Basin meet on Friday. Walla Walla (9-1) and Columbia Basin (8-2) both played Wednesday.
