CPR/First Aid Refresher Course – The American Red Cross is presenting this refresher course for those interested in renewing their CPR or First Aid certificates. The class meets on Wednesday at the Gladish Community Center, room 313, 115 N.W. State Street, Pullman. The cost is $20. To register, call 332-2304.

Fibromyalgia Workshop – The St. Joseph Family Center, 1016 N. Superior, is offering this workshop for those with fibromyalgia to learn the tools to regain a lost quality of life. The workshop begins Wednesday and will meet weekly through Jan. 5, 10 a.m.-noon. The cost is $150. For information, call Leah Dahlin at 483-6495, ext. 22.

Look Good, Feel Better – The American Cancer Society is sponsoring this class to address image concerns during cancer treatments. Classes begin Monday and will meet the first Monday of every month after that. For times and locations, call 474-2400.

Tobacco-Free During Pregnancy – For pregnant women trying to quit smoking, this class will meet weekly starting Monday through Dec. 27 from 6-8 p.m. Participants will receive $10 at the end of every class. For information, call the Community Health Education and Resources office at 232-8139.

Eating Disorder Support Group – This group will be facilitated by a licensed mental health counselor and will meet the first and third Tuesday of every month beginning next Tuesday. For times and locations, call 474-2400.

Better Breathers Meeting – The American Lung Association of Washington is sponsoring this support group for those with lung conditions. The group meets the first Thursday of every month at 1 p.m. at the East Central Community Center, 500 S. Stone. For information, call 325-6516.
