Baby, one more time, you gotta do that paperwork

OOPS, SHE DIDN’T quite do it again – yet. As previously reported, pop tart Britney Spears definitely exchanged vows with fiance Kevin Federline last Saturday in a private ceremony.

What the couple didn’t do, according to the Los Angeles County registrar’s office, is file a marriage license after the ceremony.

“I know we’re not completely legal until we file the license, which we’ll do next week,” Spears says. “But in a real sense, a spiritual sense, we’re married.”

The couple moved their wedding date up a month as word leaked out that they were planning to be married on Oct. 16. Their lawyers weren’t able to finish a prenuptial agreement in time, Federline said, but “it’s done (now).”

Even Spears’ parents and siblings were kept in the dark until hours before the ceremony.

In January, Spears married childhood friend Jason Alexander in a surprise wedding in Las Vegas. That marriage was annulled 55 hours later.

Who wants to see an unwrapped rapper?

If you think Britney Spears‘ outfits are daring, wait until you see what Eminem wears in his next video: nothing.

Actually, he’s wearing shoes and socks, and what appears to be a sock in another strategic area. It’s unclear whether the footage will make it into the final video, but snippets have been circulating on the Internet.

The new album, “Encore,” hits stores Nov. 16.

OK, so get off her, Duff

Hilary Duff is blaming teen rival Lindsay Lohan star for starting their feud.

It all began when Lohan discovered Duff was dating her ex-boyfriend, singer Aaron Carter.

“(S)he went around telling everybody that I was a horrible person who had stolen her boyfriend,” Duff says. “I don’t think I can take it anymore. It’s so hurtful. Sometimes I feel like I really hate her, which is pretty extreme for me, because I don’t hate anybody.”

“You know what the funny thing is in all this?” she adds. “I just want us to be friends – that’s all.”

Guess Hilary is playing catch-up

Lindsay Lohan, by the way, is one of the celebrities who’ll appear on limited-edition bottles of Heinz ketchup, with part of the proceeds benefiting charities.

“Burger-licious,” Lohan says on her label. Mia Hamm, fresh from the Olympic, says the ketchup is “Worthy as Gold.” Former “Star Trek” star William Shatner’s label says Heinz “Fixes Burgers at Warp Speed.”

And former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw‘s says “Served at the Immaculate Reception,” a reference to his famed 1972 pass to Franco Harris.

So it’s Avril, not Paris

Nineteen-year-old pop star Avril Lavigne is engaged to fellow Canadian Deryck Whibley, 24, frontman for the punk band Sum 41 (who’s been linked to Paris Hilton).

“They know they’re young, but Avril has been completely swept off her feet,” said a family friend.

Oh, you know those bottle brunettes

“Legally Blonde” star Reese Witherspoon makes such a convincing brunette since dyeing her hair brown that husband Ryan Phillippe is sure it’s her natural color.

“Neither of us has seen the real color for so long we just don’t know,” she says. “But it hasn’t made me any smarter; I still say stupid things with brown hair, too.”
