Sat., April 23, 2005
Police are looking for a man who robbed a north Spokane convenience store at gunpoint Friday evening.
The man walked into the Qwik Stop, 3219 N. Nevada, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded cash about 5 p.m., said Dick Cottam, Spokane Police spokesman.
The man left the store and ran northbound on Nevada, Cottam said.
He was white, about 30 years old, 5-foot-9, with a thin build. He was wearing a gray hooded jacket.
Anyone with information is asked to call 242-TIPS.
