Getting a Good Night’s Sleep – This class will discuss sleep basics, why sleep is important and treatments for common sleeping disorders, today from 5:30-8:30 p.m. in the Sacred Heart Hospital Providence Auditorium, 101 W. Basic Life Support Instructor Renewal – This class is for those who hold a current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor card and wish to renew their status. The class meets today from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, 711 S. Cowley. The cost for the class is $50 and does not include books. Registration is required. Heartsaver CPR-Renewal – This class is for those who hold a current American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR card and wish to renew their status. Health Fair at National Dance Week – The Inland Northwest Dance Association presents this health fair in conjunction with the National Dance Week celebration, at Spokane Community College’s Lair Building, 1810 N. Cardiovascular Health Risk Assessment – The Sacred Heart Women’s Health Center presents Heart-to-Heart, a program to help you find out your risk for cardiovascular disease. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at 101 W. Eighth Ave. The cost of this screening includes several tests, educational materials and follow-up is $60.
