For the week of May 2-6
Monday – Pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, red potatoes, confetti corn, rye bread, peaches.
Tuesday – Hungarian goulash, French-blend vegetables, peas, wheat bread, fruited gelatin.
Wednesday – Chicken pot pie over biscuit, spinach, Mandarin oranges, oatmeal cookie.
Thursday – Pepper steak with red and green peppers over wild rice, brussels sprouts, broccoli, breadstick, pineapple tidbits.
Friday – Sloppy joes, chef’s salad with dressing, Oregon-blend vegetables, dinner roll, apricots.
