Shadow was lucky enough to be adopted out of the Coeur d’Alene city animal shelter a few months ago, but her joy was short-lived. She is obedient, housebroken and friendly with kids, cats, chickens and every other living thing, but her new owners couldn’t manage her without a fenced yard. She wandered in search of playmates. Rather than remedying that, they turned her over to Second Chance Pet Rescue, where volunteers swear that they can’t find a single thing wrong with her.
