Yoga Classes – The Radha Yoga Center, 406 Coeur d’Alene St., Suite T, is starting its fall program Sept. 10 by offering free classes. Hatha yoga will be offered from 9-10 a.m., hidden language hatha yoga from 10:30-11:30 a.m., and sacred dance from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The center is also offering free classes at its location at 2328 W. Fit for the Cure – Wacoal America will donate $2 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Sept. 10 for every woman who receives a free bra fitting at Nordstrom between the hours of 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Fitters will also have information about early detection of breast cancer and good breast health. Pilates Mat Classes – The Pilates Life, 20 W. Main, is beginning its fall session Sept. 13. Classes will discuss fundamentals, progressing through more difficult movements. Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $155 for a seven-week session. For information, call 994-8109.
