Ali Nelson and Collen Constantine each hit a pair of free throws in the final 50 seconds as Medical Lake improved to 4-0 with a 54-50 victory over visiting Colfax in a non-league game Friday night.

Richelle Daily dominated inside for the Cardinals with 17 points and 18 rebounds, and Lyra Reese added 11 points. Jordan Harazin led the Bulldogs (4-1) with 16 points and Lauren Mellor added 11.

In other non-league action, Jessie DePell scored 12 points and Claire Moberg added 10 as Freeman (4-1) routed visiting Colville 57-21. Jordan Emmil led the Indians (0-4) with six points. … Melissa Meza had 14 points and 10 rebounds to lead host Lake Roosevelt (2-0) to a 51-46 victory over Quincy in Coulee Dam.

Roni Jo Mielke scored 18 points to lead Sprague-Harrington (6-0, 4-0) to a 57-33 victory over Wilbur-Creston in a Bi-County League game at Harrington.
