Glen McGowan had 14 points and nine rebounds for Pepperdine. … Ben Sullivan scored a career-high 19 points to lead Portland to a home win over Santa Clara. Portland led for the final 24 minutes and had a double-digit lead much of the second half. … Brandon Gay scored 20 points and Brice Vounang added 18 as San Diego snapped a three-game losing streak with a home victory over Loyola Marymount.
