The number is 1,124,614,562, and it is a big one. Put a dollar sign in front of it and you will have the most successful year in Spokane’s residential real estate history, one that passed the billion dollar mark and called for a celebration.

The Spokane Association of REALTORS® (SAR) capped the biggest year ever at its annual Awards Banquet with membership being given Platinum, Gold and Silver awards in recognition of their work during 2004.

David Crosby, American Dream Homes, was sworn in as president of the SAR following 2004 President Sandy Alderman, Tomlinson Black North. Crosby is also vice-president for information services for the Washington Association of REALTORS®.
