Hot shooting leads Sasquatch to win

Erik Bell was 8 of 11 from the field, finishing with 22 points and 10 assists as host Community Colleges of Spokane (15-5, 5-0 Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges) shot nearly 60 percent in an 89-79 win over Columbia Basin (8-12, 1-4) on Wednesday at Spokane Falls CC.

Kyle Janke had 20 points on 9-of-13 shooting, and Jeremy Mangum had 10 assists for CCS.

Women

Jessica Miller scored 20 points as Columbia Basin (15-3, 4-1 NWACC) edged CCS 61-56 at SFCC. Angie Clift led CCS with 21 points and seven rebounds.
