Prepared Childbirth – This five-week class will discuss the stages and management of labor, breathing techniques and more, starting today from 7-9 p.m. at the Valley Hospital Health Education Center, 12606 E. Mission; Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at Deaconess Medical Center, 800 W. Fifth Ave.; or Monday from 7-9 p.m. at Deaconess Medical Center. The cost is $80 and registration is required. Healthcare Provider CPR Renewal – For current AHA Healthcare Provider cardholders who wish to renew their status, this class will meet Thursday from 7:45 a.m.-noon at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, 711 S. Cowley. Course materials will be available upon paid registration, and preparation is recommended. The cost is $55 and registration is required. The Healing Energy of Yoga – The Radha Yoga Center, 406 S. Coeur d’Alene St., Suite T, presents this all-day workshop with Swami Yasodananda, Saturday. Sensational Beginnings – This class for new and expectant parents will discuss baby capabilities and will include practice with baby, Monday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, 711 S. Children at Birth – This class will discuss ways for children to help mother after the birth of a sibling, next Thursday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Deaconess Medical Center, 800 W. Infant Massage – Integrative Medicine, 3430 S. Grand Blvd., presents this weekly class that will teach massage for your infant to support physical, emotional and cognitive development, Tuesdays from 9:30-11 a.m. The cost is $80 for four classes and registration is required.
