Summer meals

The Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls school districts are participating in the summer food service program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability. The program will run through Aug. 19 at the following schools and times.

Coeur d’Alene

Borah Elementary – 632 Borah Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Fernan Elementary – 520 N. 21st St., breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Hayden Meadows Elementary – 900 Hayden Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8 a.m and 8:15-9 a..m., lunch from 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Ramsey Elementary – 1351 W. Kathleen Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Sorensen Elementary– Ninth St. and Coeur d’Alene Ave., breakfast from 8:30-9 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Project CDA – 725 Hazel Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8:15 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Lunch menu for July 25-29

Monday – Ranch wrap, Spanish rice, celery, fruit, milk.

Tuesday – Tomato soap, toasted cheese sandwich, carrots, peach cup, oyster crackers, milk.

Wednesday – Turkey sub, broccoli salad, fruit, milk.

Thursday – Pizza pocket, oven tri-taters, salad, oranges, milk.

Friday – Hot dog, oven wedges, carrots, watermelon wedges, milk.

Post Falls

Frederick Post Elementary – 205 W. Mullan Ave., breakfast from 8-9 a.m., lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls Middle School – 301 E. 16th Ave., breakfast, 8-9 a.m., lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls High School – 2832 E. Poleline Road, breakfast, 7:15-8:15 a.m., lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Monday – Pretzel with sauce, veggies and fruit, milk.

Tuesday – Idaho nachos, veggies and fruit, milk.

Wednesday – Pizza, salad, fruit, milk.

Thursday – Cheeseburger deluxe, veggies and fruit, cookie, milk.

Friday – Cook’s choice, veggies and fruit, milk.
