DFO: The worst remake I’ve seen was Eddie Murphy’s “Haunted House,” based on the Disneyland theme ride. I thought it was going to be a thriller like “Pirates of the Caribbean.” Almost put me to sleep.

Question: What remake of an earlier movie, TV series, etc., disappointed you most?

Feedback: I think a more difficult question would be, which TV show made into a movie was actually worth the money to watch? Two or three of the Star Trek movies were good, but beyond that — Dang.
