Cookbook signing at Hastings Saturday

Local cookbook author Karen Jean Matsko Hood will be signing her “Huckleberry Delights Cookbook,” Saturday at Hastings in Spokane Valley.

The book has more than 250 recipes and includes poetry, history and folklore on huckleberries. Hood will be at Hastings, 15312 E. Sprague Ave., on Saturday from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
