Kootenai County sheriff

Samuel Ross, employee of Kootenai County Solid Waste Department, reported Friday the $849 theft of a generator and $82 damage to a storage container from a refuse disposal site on state Highway 41 near Rathdrum.

Kristine Fogel, Coeur d’Alene, reported Saturday the $1,650 theft of an entertainment center and miscellaneous items from a storage unit on Dalton Avenue.

Kenneth Giakovmis, Post falls, reported Friday the $320 theft of four tires and rims and miscellaneous tools from his home on the 3900 block of Mullan Avenue.

John Hern, owner of Hern’s Iron Works, reported Friday $500 damage to two fences at the business at 3610 Hern Ave.

Eugene Flamand, Coeur d’Alene, reported Friday $300 damage to a window of his home on the 4700 block of E. Fernan Hill Road.

Matthew Abram, Hayden, reported Friday the $1,600 theft of two chain saws from his home on the 8300 block of Ainsworth Drive.

Victor Carlino Jr., Hayden, reported Friday the $1,250 theft of two shotguns from his 1978 Ford pickup while it was parked at his home on the 500 block of E. Miles Ave.
