Tobacco Free Program – This series of three classes will discuss the process of quitting tobacco beginning Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Valley Hospital Education Center, 12606 E. Mission Ave. Registration is required. Call the Community Health Education and Resources office at 232-8138.

Keeping Kids with Diabetes Healthy – For families and caregivers of children with diabetes, this class will meet Thursday from 5-8:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital, 101 W. Eighth. Registration is required. Information: 232-8145.

Prepared Childbirth – This five-week class will discuss the stages and management of labor, breathing techniques, muscle toning and relaxation starting today from 7-9 p.m. at Valley Hospital and Medical Center, 12606 E. Mission Ave., or starting Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at Sacred Heart Medical Center, 101 W. Eighth Ave.; or March 31 at Deaconess Medical Center, 800 W. Fifth Ave. The cost is $80. Refresher Prepared Childbirth – This class is for parents that have experienced childbirth before. It meets on Saturday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Deaconess Medical Center, 800 W. Fifth Ave. The cost is $50 and registration is required. Information: 232-8138.

Infant Massage – This class will discuss positive interaction between the parent and child on Monday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, 711 S. Cowley. The cost is $20 and registration is required. Information: 232-8138.

Mammography Health Screenings – Sacred Heart Women’s Health Center coach will be available at the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy, 601 S. Fir St., Deer Park, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday. Screenings will be available by appointment. To reserve a time call 474-2400.
